EastGroup Properties Raises Dividend

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) -- EastGroup Properties on Thursday said it raised its quarterly dividend 2 percent, to 50 cents per share.

The Jackson, Miss.-based company will pay the dividend March 30 to shareholders of record March 20.
